THE BORING STUFF!!!

MINIMUM ORDER: We do not have a minimum order.
PAYMENT:We cannot process credit/debit cards unless you place the order online or have access to a computer. Cheques should be made payable to “Karen Clark”. We are hoping to be able to process credit cards from phone orders in the future.
DELIVERY: Delivery usually takes between 1 and 7 days. Products that are currently unavailable will be replaced with equal or higher value similar products.
POSTAGE:: Due to the increased postage costs by the Royal Mail we are now charging a flat rate of £1.10 per parcel. We feel that this does not discriminate against small orders, whilst it gives excellent value to the larger order.
RETURNS: All returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt. Packaging must be adequate and in original condition. We would appreciate prior notice by phone or email that you intend to return the goods.
GUARANTEE: We take pride in our goods and service. If for any reason you feel that either falls below the accepted standard, we would ask that you let us know.
VISITS: Whilst we do not have a bricks and mortar store, we are happy to receive visitors with a pre booked appointment.
COURSES: We run one to one beading lessons on our premises. Please phone for further details.
PARTIES: We are available to run children’s and adults beading parties in our area. Please phone for details.
JEWELLERY PARTIES: We are able to offer a party plan style jewellery evening or attend craft fairs/ charity fund raising events. Please call for details.
NICKEL SAFE: All our plated components conform to the EU regulations regarding nickel content.
